Here’s a bit about me..
Hi!
I’m C, 19 years old living in New Zealand. I study photography at University and I’m taking a nutrition class as an elective for fun. Sport at school was never my thing, as I have terrible hand eye co-ordination and balance, but since joining the gym I’ve found my love for being the best me I can be!
I workout about 4-5 times a week and eat really healthy and around 1400-1800 cals a day according to my fitness pal. I exactly count calories, it’s just there as a guideline for myself. I focus more on covering my nutritional needs. :)
Committed to eating healthy, getting fit and feeling amazing and confident, I personally don’t believe in going on a ‘diet’ cos I overthink it and just end up binging.
I’m know I’m not “fat”, but would like to get skinny, I think it just looks better and help boost my confidence. The idea of being able to run 5k without stopping, or walking up a hill and not feeling like you’re about to pass out just really appeals to me. I’ve never been huge but I haven’t been eating the best foods or exercising regularly in recent years so here’s hoping now that I do I’ll start to get a bit smaller! :)
I’m suffering from acne and have been for the past 8 years and it affects my confidence so I don’t like to post pictures of me. Plus, I’m a photographer so I get really anal about all the little details.
