Monthly Goals

September Goals

  • Keep a food diary, no cheating.
  • Workout in the morning.
  • Keep on top of uni workload.
  • Regulate sleep patterns! 
  • Keep up the adequate water intake.

Aug Goals & review.

  • Drink 8 glasses of water/tea a day. - Did it mostly!
  • Loose 1 inch off in total (or combined) off my waist, hips or thighs. - Done!
  • No food after dinner. - Still learning to kick this habit.
  • No ice cream or chocolate. - I cut down drastically, but couldn’t cut out. I’ve decided that its okay to have a tiny bit now and then, its too hard being so strict.
  • Regulation sleeping times. 11pm sleep, 7am wake up. No lazing around. - Yeah, didn’t happen. It’s really important so I’m trying again.
