Monthly Goals
September Goals
- Keep a food diary, no cheating.
- Workout in the morning.
- Keep on top of uni workload.
- Regulate sleep patterns!
- Keep up the adequate water intake.
Aug Goals & review.
- Drink 8 glasses of water/tea a day. - Did it mostly!
- Loose 1 inch off in total (or combined) off my waist, hips or thighs. - Done!
- No food after dinner. - Still learning to kick this habit.
- No ice cream or chocolate. - I cut down drastically, but couldn’t cut out. I’ve decided that its okay to have a tiny bit now and then, its too hard being so strict.
- Regulation sleeping times. 11pm sleep, 7am wake up. No lazing around. - Yeah, didn’t happen. It’s really important so I’m trying again.
