My Workouts
I’m a member of my local gym and I go to the 4-6 times a week, and I do one of these each time, or a mixture of these routines.
Cardio-Interval Workout - I do this x2 a week at least

I don’t like exercising outside (cos I’m a wuss) Auckland’s weather changes every 5 mins, carrying a water bottle is annoying, guys holla-ing when they drive past makes me uncomfortable, ond oh gawddd the New Zealand sun is going to give everyone skin cancer and premature wrinkles.
Sometimes in the morning if I have time I skip for around a 100 revolutions and do some abs work:
